The Recreation Commission is comprised of volunteer members that organize, direct and implement Recreational activities for the Borough of Garwood. Our goal is to maintain the programs that are currently in place, to introduce our children to opportunities with new innovative programs, and to maintain a sense of GARWOOD PRIDE in our Recreation Department. The members include Richard Bree, Chairman - Scott Kessler - Kelly Reynolds- Jack Sullivan - Thomas Mehalick - Mike Woitkowski. Recreation Director is Kathleen Pender and Sara Todisco, Councilwoman is the Liaison for the Mayor and Council.
